Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead a crew of technicians on emergency response projects, guiding restoration efforts from start to finish. You’ll manage customer expectations and oversee safe, efficient field work in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring restoration or construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to pursue industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license + clean background.
• IICRC certifications are a bonus; employer will help you obtain them.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs on water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
• Set the tone with customers, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work (labor-intensive).
• Monitor safety, enforce protocols, and protect team and customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation (photos, notes, equipment logs).
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
