All Dry is seeking an experienced Estimator & Project Manager to join our Lexington-area team. The role involves analyzing data, performing on-site inspections, and developing cost proposals while supervising on-site staff and subcontractors.

You will manage multiple projects, negotiate budgets, and ensure work meets original plans and specs, collaborating with other departments to deliver prompt customer service.

Qualifications

• Analyze data reports and conduct on-site inspections to contribute to project reports and estimates.
• Develop cost proposals and estimates, along with necessary reports.
• Display strong leadership by overseeing all project aspects, from planning to execution.
• Manage project budgets, negotiating effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
