All Dry Services in Lexington, KY is seeking an Estimator & Project Manager to lead restoration projects from assessment to completion. You will coordinate emergency responses, supervise water, mold, and fire damage restoration, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple jobs with attention to detail. Flexibility for after-hours work and travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in water and mold damage restoration preferred.
• Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with handling water damage, mold remediation, and fire damage situations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls promptly and assess the extent of water, mold, or fire damage.
• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and restoration procedures to prevent further damage.
• Implement mold remediation processes, including containment, removal, and cleaning, while adhering to industry standards.
• Set up and operate specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers.
• Document all restoration activities, including photographs, measurements, and job details.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
