Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator/Project Manager to join our restoration team. This role is responsible for conducting job walks after demolition, preparing accurate estimates (including Xactimate), managing subcontractor bids, and overseeing the repair process through completion. The Estimator/Project Manager will work closely with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are estimated correctly, scheduled efficiently, and completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Perform job walks and inspections once demolition is complete to scope and document repair needs. Carefully document pre reconstruction using photos and Matterports
• Prepare detailed estimates and Xactimate reports for insurance and client approval.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers to resolve scope, coverage, or pricing issues.
• Source, contact, and obtain competitive estimates from subcontractors.
• Negotiate, contract, and coordinate subcontractors for repair work.
