Job Specifications

• Display strong leadership by overseeing all project aspects, from planning to execution. Supervise on‑site staff and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, negotiating effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Efficiently handle multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Uphold high workmanship standards aligned with original plans and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure prompt customer service.

Preferred Experience
