Job summary

All Dry Services of Greater Charlotte is seeking an experienced Estimator & Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will analyze data reports, conduct on-site inspections, and develop cost proposals to support project estimates and reporting.

You will lead project execution, supervise on-site staff and subcontractors, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, high-quality restoration and remodeling services for clients and insurance claims.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience creating repair and remodel estimates.
Experience in construction management or a related field.
Familiarity with insurance claims and managed repair assignments.
Proficiency in Project Scheduling.
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Analyze data reports and conduct on-site inspections to contribute to project reports and estimates.
Develop cost proposals and estimates, along with necessary reports.
Display strong leadership by overseeing all project aspects, from planning to execution. Supervise on-site staff and subcontractors.
Manage project budgets, negotiating effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
Efficiently handle multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Uphold high workmanship standards aligned with original plans and specifications.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure prompt customer service.
