Job summary

Dry Force is urgently hiring a Project Manager to consult with homeowners on residential reconstruction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estimating, project management, and customer service within the construction or restoration field.

Responsibilities include handoffs between insurance approval and production, creating accurate estimates with Docusketch, guiding customers through claims, and building durable relationships with insurers while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience in restoration or construction.
• Proficient with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Project Management handoff: ensure smooth transfer of jobs from insurance approval to production.
• Estimate building: create accurate estimates using Docusketch and coordinate pre-production efforts.
• Insurance assistance: guide customers through claims and manage expectations.
• Relationship management: maintain strong relationships with insurers and customers.
• Documentation: complete all required paperwork related to sales and starting jobs.
