Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead service teams, estimate projects, and manage budgets to meet deadlines. You will communicate with staff and clients, delegate tasks, and adjust plans as financing and scope change.

A strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction drives daily operations within an on-site, 24-hour emergency service context. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining assets, and supporting business development while upholding

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness for on-call work.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service professionals to complete projects by deadlines.
• Estimate, budget, and manage project aspects and schedules.
• Communicate with staff and clients to keep projects on track.
• Maintain quality control and project documentation.
• Coordinate scope, paperwork, and change orders as needed.
• Coordinate marketing tasks to develop additional business.
