Job summary

PuroClean is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. You will manage field activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on budget and schedule while delivering superior customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in construction/restoration, strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time, on-site role with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in construction/restoration industry in progressively challenging roles.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literate with knowledge and experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, monitors, and revises all activities to bring the project in or below budget.
• Monitors job cost reports and prepares schedules for manpower and materials.
• Manages subcontractors, vendor installations, and contract adherence.
• Ensures safety and effective information flow within the team.
