Job summary

Restoration Management Company seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple restoration claims/jobs, directing lead technicians, scheduling work orders, and coordinating with adjusters and clients. This 24/7 role requires on-call rotation and field site travel with a focus on timely invoicing and effective communication.

The candidate should have strong project management experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Xactimate is a plus.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
Proven experience in project management.
Experience leading crews with strong leadership skills.
IICRC Training in progress or completed is desirable.
Asbestos Certification is a plus.
Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Office; Xactimate is a plus.
Experience in marketing services to generate new or existing business.
Knowledge of cost containment and risk management.
Excellent communications, coaching and training skills.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple claims/jobs from start to finish with resource and deadline planning.
Direct lead technicians in scheduling and production via work orders; participate in on-call rotation.
Communicate with adjusters, customers, and contractors; market services to clients.
Prepare bids with Account Executives and assist loss-site evaluations.
Generate and review documents; ensure timely invoicing and payments.
Travel to loss sites to assess damages and support sales efforts.
