Job summary

Restoration Management Company seeks a Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets. You will obtain samples as needed, prepare work orders, and liaise with adjusters and clients to drive timely outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills, with a focus on safety, cost control, and meeting deadlines. Occasional travel to loss sites and collaboration with Account Executives are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration projects with strong scheduling and budgeting skills.
• Ability to generate reports and communicate with adjusters, customers and team members.
• Industry certifications such as asbestos or safety credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages jobs from start to finish, assigning resources and meeting deadlines.
• Adjusts work schedules and reallocates personnel as needed.
• Obtains samples for asbestos/mold/lead testing when required.
• Prepares and disseminates work orders with detail for scheduling.
• Inspects jobs and recommends additional work to clients or adjusters.
• Ensures timely invoicing by reviewing documents and orders.
• Communicates with adjusters, customers, coworkers and contractors regularly.
• Markets company services to potential clients and supports bids with Account Executives.
• Travels to loss sites with Account Executives to assess damages.
• Upholds company safety policies and PPE requirements.
