Job summary

Emergency Reconstruction, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead emergency response and reconstruction efforts. You will coordinate from assessment through final walkthrough, overseeing multiple sites and coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in construction or emergency services, knowledge of insurance claims and Xactimate, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, restoration, or emergency services.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and Xactimate (preferred).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with structural repair, remodeling, renovations, demolitions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with project management software, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency response and reconstruction projects from initial assessment to final walkthrough.
• Manage day-to-day operations at multiple job sites.
• Schedule and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure work meets company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Track project costs, materials, labor, and timeline progress.
• Obtain necessary permits and inspections as needed.
• Document all phases of the project with detailed reports and photos.
• Address issues or delays promptly and professionally.
