Job summary

Emergency Reconstruction, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead emergency response and reconstruction efforts. You will coordinate from assessment through final walkthrough, overseeing multiple sites and coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in construction or emergency services, knowledge of insurance claims and Xactimate, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, restoration, or emergency services.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and Xactimate (preferred).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with structural repair, remodeling, renovations, demolitions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with project management software, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing residential and commercial emergency reconstruction projects. This includes leading response teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining clear communication with clients and insurance representatives.
