Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This hands-on role requires ownership of results in fast-paced environments and a client-focused approach, coordinating across crews, vendors, and inspectors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage schedules and budgets while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines.
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects.
• Provide documentation as needed for insurance claims, notes in CRM, photos, etc.
