Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuilds from planning through completion. This hands-on leader drives safety, quality, and schedules on fast-paced projects.

You will coordinate crews, manage budgets, ensure OSHA compliance, and serve as the main contact for clients and inspectors, delivering results that restore properties and peace of mind.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects.
• Provide documentation as needed for insurance claims, notes in CRM, photos, etc.
