ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This hands-on leadership role requires delivering on schedule, budget, and quality across fast-moving disasters and restorations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field a plus.
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
• Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects
