Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This hands-on role requires ownership of results in fast-paced environments, coordinating crews, vendors, and schedules to deliver high-quality restorations.

You will read blueprints, manage budgets, and ensure OSHA safety standards while maintaining client communication and project profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
