ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects and help families get their property back on track. Build and manage schedules, coordinate repairs with crews and subcontractors, and serve as the primary contact for customers and insurers.

You will keep jobs on budget and on schedule, manage subcontractor availability, and maintain meticulous documentation, bringing a leadership and service mindset to a team‑focused

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in a project management or construction supervisory role.
• A valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Ability to pass a background check (to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A genuine sense of ownership, leadership, and a service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Build and manage full project schedules from start to finish
• Coordinate repairs between internal crews and trusted subcontractors
• Serve as the calm, professional point of contact for customers, teammates, and insurance representatives
• Keep every job on budget, on schedule, and up to our quality standard
• Confirm subcontractor availability and manage scheduling needs
• Maintain clean, organized documentation in our company systems
• Lead with reliability, positivity, and a team-first mindset that reflects our values
