Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This high-impact, hands-on leadership role drives project results on fast-moving sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction management, strong subcontractor leadership, blueprint reading, and OSHA safety knowledge to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects.
