ServiceMaster Restore in Phoenix seeks an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuilds from planning through completion. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive projects in fast-paced environments.

You will manage on-site operations, coordinate crews and vendors, maintain schedules and budgets, ensure OSHA compliance, and serve as the primary contact for clients and inspectors.

Formación

• 5+ years in construction management, reconstruction, or supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration or disaster recovery preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management.
• Read blueprints, scopes of work, and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subs, and vendors.
• Develop schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Control costs and track profitability.
• Ensure OSHA safety and building code compliance.

• Lead meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor.
• Document insurance claims, CRM notes, photos.
