Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore® is seeking a Restoration Construction Project Manager to lead on-site project execution, coordinate subcontractors, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and maintain exceptional customer support throughout the rebuild process.

The role requires strong communication, a team-oriented mindset, and familiarity with building plans, permits, and change orders. Immediate start is available for a qualified candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical job site inspections and communicate with customers regarding rebuild process.
• Develop project budgets based on approved estimates and scopes of work.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and project coordinators for timely updates.
• Manage production schedules of subcontractors and trades.
• Understand supplements or change orders and facilitate timely submissions and communication.
• Read and comprehend scopes of work; Xactimate experience is preferred.
• Navigate the permit process and understand building plans and inspections.
• Complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
