Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is hiring an Estimator/Project Manager to lead service teams, estimate budgets, and manage project timelines for restoration and related services. You will coordinate with clients, staff, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery, reporting, and quality control.

This role requires strong communication, on-call flexibility, and the ability to advance to higher responsibility levels. The position offers an opportunity to manage diverse projects, from water and mold

Qualifications

• We are a 24-hour emergency service company; all team members are on-call.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Advanced smartphone/tablet literacy; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Xactware helpful but not mandatory.
• Restoration/construction experience helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willing to train supporting team members.
• Career-minded mentality; planning for future positions/ownership.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles.
• Work with a team.
• Create long- and short-term plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Delegate tasks to team members.
• Make effective decisions with multiple options.
• Serve as point of contact for teams on the same project.
• Communicate with customers to align with goals.
• Perform quality control throughout project development.

• Communicate scope of work and review paperwork.
• Maintain a project schedule to ensure timely service Delivery.
• Meet deadlines.
• Respond to jobs as required with IICRC standards.
