Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead service teams on restoration projects, estimate costs, manage budgets, and keep schedules on track. You will advocate for funding, delegate tasks, and communicate with clients to align with goals.

The role requires strong communication, on-call availability, and a professional demeanor, with opportunities to grow into leadership within our expanding team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork are required.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and on-call responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Xactware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to complete restoration projects on schedule.
• Estimate, budget, and manage project aspects and funding.
• Communicate with staff and clients; enforce project deadlines.
• Coordinate with teams across units to ensure project synergy.
• Ensure project scope, paperwork, and milestones are completed.
