Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead restoration projects in the Milwaukee region. You will estimate, budget, schedule, and manage multiple tasks while coordinating with staff and clients to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive problem-solving attitude in a 24-hour emergency service environment. Experience with Xactware and restoration processes is valued.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and field software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to complete restoration projects on time and within budget.
• Provide estimating, budgeting and scheduling for diverse projects.
• Act as point of contact for staff and clients throughout the project.
• Communicate scope, progress and changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor quality control and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal departments.
• Review paperwork and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive safety and on-site operations per company policy.
