Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead service teams and uphold deadlines. You will estimate costs, manage budgets, schedule tasks, and coordinate with staff and clients to keep projects on track.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently and in teams, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-call hours apply, and opportunities exist for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
• Willing to learn new software.
• Experience with Xactware is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles and working with a team to complete projects.
• Creating long- and short-term plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Delegating tasks to team members best positioned to complete them.
• Making effective decisions when multiple options exist for project progress.
• Serving as a point of contact to ensure team actions stay in sync.
• Communicating with customers to align with their goals and review paperwork.
• Maintaining schedules to ensure timely service delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Overseeing projects such as water restoration, mold remediation, and construction work.
