Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead restoration projects in the Milwaukee area. You will estimate, budget and manage timelines, coordinating with clients and staff to keep work on schedule.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, resource allocation and quality control while maintaining clear client communication. A valid driver’s license and strong computer skills are required, with Xactware experience helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced smartphone and tablet literacy with standard office apps.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Xactware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and lead project teams to deadlines.
• Create long- and short-term project plans with milestones.
• Delegate tasks and monitor progress for multiple units.
• Decide on actions when faced with options to advance projects.
• Serve as primary contact for teams to maintain project alignment.
• Communicate with customers to ensure scope adherence.
• Perform quality control throughout project development.
• Adjust schedules when financing or scope changes occur.
• Maintain project schedules and required paperwork.
• Support marketing and business development as needed.
