Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead restoration projects, estimate budgets, schedule work, and coordinate with clients and field teams. You will drive project plans, manage timelines, and ensure quality control from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork; onsite work and on-call availability are typical in this 24-hour emergency service company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced smartphone and tablet literacy.
• Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Xactware software is helpful.
• Restoration/construction experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and work with a team.
• Create long- and short-term project plans with milestones.
• Delegate tasks to team members to complete projects on time.
• Make decisions to progress projects when multiple options exist.
• Serve as point of contact to ensure team actions stay aligned with goals.
• Communicate with customers to verify scope and review paperwork.
• Establish and maintain schedules to deliver services on time.
• Perform quality control throughout project progress and adjust when needed.
• Support business development and marketing tasks as required.
