Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Milwaukee seeks an Estimator/Project Manager to lead service teams and drive projects from initiation to completion. You will estimate costs, manage budgets, schedule tasks, and communicate with staff and clients to keep projects on track.

This 24-hour emergency service provider values respect, integrity and customer focus. The role requires on-call availability, strong communication, proficiency with Windows Office and Xactware a plus, and a proactive mindset to grow with

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Team player who can work independently
• Advanced smartphone and tablet literacy with working knowledge of work processing, business software applications
• Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and other software
• Experience in Xactware software would be helpful, but not mandatory
• Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required

• Respond to jobs and initiate work per IICRC standards and internal processes
• Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles)
• Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop business
• Perform other duties as required
