Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Project Manager in a hands-on role to lead restoration teams and manage projects from start to finish. You will supervise crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality restoration work for homes and businesses affected by fire, water, smoke, or mold.

You’ll communicate with clients, assess site conditions, and drive projects toward on-time completion while keeping safety and Rainbow Restoration standards top of mind.

Qualifications

• Minimum repairs/construction experience and estimating software familiarity.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and work in tight spaces.
• Willingness to work after hours and on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure timely delivery of restoration services.
• Supervise restoration employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Perform restoration projects and related cleaning/repair tasks.
• Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process.
• Inspect job sites to verify scope, timeline, and Rainbow Restoration standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop plans to generate new customers and meet sales goals.
