SERVPRO of Albany/ Americus/ Bay County/ North Pensacola is seeking a Job File Coordinator to enhance our restoration operations. The role centers on phone-based client interaction, meticulous file handling, and timely documentation to support fire and water damage projects.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in service environments, and capable of multitasking across a fast-paced office, ensuring superior service and proactive ownership.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn new software including Xactimate and proprietary tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and audit status.
• Maintain job file WIPs and client communications.
• Create preliminary estimates and review documentation.
• Coordinate daily job file activities and close-out processes.
• Assist other departments as needed.
