Job summary

SERVPRO Team McCabe is seeking a Restoration Job Coordinator to support our franchise by coordinating restoration projects, maintaining client communications, and preparing estimates. This role emphasizes strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative experience, proficiency in Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn Xactimate and our proprietary tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
• Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus
• Experience in service industry environment a plus
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and WIP's.
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Review and validate initial documentation.
• Create preliminary estimates and prepare job file reports; maintain internal and external communications.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process.
• Perform job close-out.
• Assist other departments, as needed.
• Manage Tech scheduling.
• After-hours on call phone rotation participation
