SERVPRO Team McCabe is hiring a Construction Coordinator in Perkasie, PA. In this role you will manage the customer experience, coordinate scheduling, and ensure accurate project documentation while supporting project managers in meeting scope and budgets.

The position emphasizes superb communication, reliability, and the ability to work in challenging environments with frequent multitasking and field coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.
• Monitor and ensure client and TPA requirements are followed.
• Assist with scheduling all warranty activities.
• Enter lead/jobs into the operating system and verify project data.
• Schedule PM initial visit with customer.
• Educate customers on process and scope.
• Review and validate project file documentation.
• Maintain customer and client communications.
• Support PMs ensuring customer agreement on scope and estimate.
