Job summary

SERVPRO Team McCabe is hiring a Construction Coordinator to support customers through restoration projects. You will help manage communications, scheduling, and documentation to ensure a smooth process and high customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work in challenging situations while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.
• Monitor and ensure client and TPA requirements are followed.
• Assist with scheduling all warranty activities.
• Enter lead/jobs into the operating system and verify project information.
• Schedule PM initial visit with the customer.
• Educate customers on the process.
• Review and validate project file documentation.
• Confirm with PM that the project scope of work is complete.
• Maintain customer and client communications.
• Support PMs ensuring customer and client agreement on scope and estimates.
