SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to join our growing team. This role provides administrative and logistical support to the construction team by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers and insurance adjusters, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with material procurement.

This position is essential to keeping projects organized and customers informed, ensuring construction operations run smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a construction office, administration, or project coordination role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
• Serve as a point of communication with homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular customer touch-base calls to provide updates and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and maintain project spreadsheets, selection sheets, and other construction documents.
• Send project documentation, contracts, estimates, and other paperwork to customers and insurance adjusters.
• Order materials and shop for products needed for construction projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Track material orders and communicate delays or issues to the project team.
• Maintain organized electronic job files and project documentation.
• Assist the construction department with additional administrative and coordination responsibilities.
