SERVPRO Team Locandro is seeking a well organized Construction Coordinator to oversee construction projects, customer communications, and documentation. The role involves coordinating schedules, permits, estimates, and subcontractor interfacing to ensure on-time completion.

The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication, be detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of office experience in construction, HVAC, or roofing preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer communications and manage the customer experience.
• Enter leads and jobs into the system; ensure project information is accurate.
• Support project scope, estimates, and permit processing.
• Distribute estimates to relevant parties and interface with subcontractors.
• Schedule inspections and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain WIP reports and update contract status with changes.
