Job summary

SERVPRO of Annapolis is seeking an organized Construction Coordinator to join our reconstruction team. This full-time, in-office role serves as a communication link between customers, Project Managers, estimators, subcontractors, and leadership.

You will handle calls, coordinate schedules, manage change orders, and maintain project files, ensuring a smooth restoration process from start to finish. Prior restoration or coordinator experience is preferred; strong communication and organization are

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming construction-related calls.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding reconstruction projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, estimators, and leadership.
• Help schedule projects and customer appointments.
• Prepare, track, and communicate change orders.
• Follow up on outstanding customer and project needs.
• Identify missing information to keep projects moving.
• Coordinate communication between customers and production team.
• Maintain accurate job files and documents.
• Assist with contracts and paperwork.
• Track project status and needs.
• Provide admin support to reconstruction department.
• Create a positive customer experience from start to finish.
