Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager for Fayetteville, NC to lead our fire and water restoration operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees crews, subcontractors, and daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and budgets, while driving process improvements and collaborating with Project Managers and Estimators to complete projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restoration/construction experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restoration production operations.
• Lead, train, and hold production crews accountable.
• Oversee water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor job progress, budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Ensure proper documentation, communication, and quality control.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and customers.
• Respond to production issues and help resolve problems quickly.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Help develop and improve production processes and procedures.
