Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a seasoned Production Manager for its Fayetteville, NC restoration team. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily production, crews, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality water and fire restoration work for customers.

You will coordinate labor, equipment, and materials, monitor progress and budgets, and partner with Project Managers and estimators to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restoration, construction, or related field.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of water and fire restoration processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our fire and water restoration team in Fayetteville, NC.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands restoration, knows how to manage people and projects, and takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.

The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate projects, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards.
