Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager for Fayetteville, NC to lead our fire and water restoration operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees crews, subcontractors, and daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and budgets, while driving process improvements and collaborating with Project Managers and Estimators to complete projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restoration/construction experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our fire and water restoration team in Fayetteville, NC.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands restoration, knows how to manage people and projects, and takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.

The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate projects, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards.
