Job summary

SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour & Sullivan Counties is seeking a Production Manager to lead franchise operations and support cleaning/restoration projects. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating crews, and ensuring profitability while delivering on SERVPRO’s brand promise to restore properties after fire and water damage.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers and COIs, supervise schedules, review job scopes, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication required.
• Intermediate math skills needed for estimations and scheduling.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Franchise processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs.
• Manage relationships with centers of influence (COIs).
• Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO Franchise production guidelines.
• Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies.
• Train, manage, and recruit production personnel.
• Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Review all job paperwork to ensure staff are ready to do the job efficiently.
