Job summary

Servpro Fayetteville is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead our fire and water restoration operations in Fayetteville, NC. You will manage crews, coordinate projects, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery for our customers.

This leadership role requires 3+ years in restoration or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to guide teams and systems. IICRC certs are a plus; join us to drive growth and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restoration production operations
• Lead, train, and hold production crews accountable
• Oversee water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor job progress, budgets, schedules, and profitability
• Ensure proper documentation, communication, and quality control
• Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and customers
• Respond to production issues and help resolve problems quickly
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Help develop and improve production processes and procedures
