Location: Fayetteville, NC Full-Time | Leadership Position

Lead. Build. Grow.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our fire and water restoration team in Fayetteville, NC.

This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who understands restoration, knows how to manage people and projects, and takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.

The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate projects, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day restoration production operations
• Lead, train, and hold production crews accountable
