ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Production Manager to lead our water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning operations. You will direct daily production, manage technicians and crews, and ensure projects meet quality expectations.

Ideal candidates have restoration industry experience, strong leadership, and the ability to juggle multiple jobs while maintaining excellent client and insurer relationships. Oregon drivers and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Restoration industry experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews.
• Preferred Certifications: IICRC - WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning.
• Managing technicians and crew chiefs.
• Scheduling crews and overseeing job production.
• Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations.
• Monitoring job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines.
• Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partners.
• Developing and mentoring production staff.
