Job summary

The coordinator at 1-800 WATER DAMAGE will work with technicians, mitigation and construction coordinators, and supervisors to provide outstanding customer service. This role manages scheduling for daily work and after-hours calls, notifies the client of required work the day before, and sets up and maintains job information in our software on a daily basis.

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, with duties that include coordinating crews, tracking updates, and ensuring accurate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Possible experience within the industry.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Intake new losses via phone, email, and text.
• Monitor updates in DMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
• Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
• Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Update as needed daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing.
• Ordering materials testing for mold and asbestos for jobs.
• Review work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects.
