Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a coordinator to work with technicians, mitigation and construction coordinators, and supervisors to deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and after-hours calls, and maintaining job information daily in our software.

You will liaise with clients and insurance on updates, ensure paperwork is complete, and support billing processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in the industry is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Intake new losses via phone, email, and text.
• Monitor updates in DMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
• Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
• Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Update daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing.
• Ordering materials testing for mold and asbestos for jobs.
• Review work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects.

Job Summary

The coordinator will work with technicians, mitigation and construction coordinators, and mitigation and construction supervisors to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes management of scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program on a daily basis by coordinators.
