Job summary

SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the restoration division, drive daily operations, and ensure job schedules and products meet customers’ quality standards at minimum costs.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership, policy implementation, and coordination with support personnel to prevent delays and maintain safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a similar setting.
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience leading restoration crews and coordinating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day restoration operations and crew schedules.
• Manages diverse workforce to ensure timely job progression.
• Communicates with staff and delegates duties for each team.
• Develops processes to improve performance and trains staff.
• Works with support personnel to prevent delays and ensure safety.
