SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Manager to lead mitigation and restoration operations, mentoring Supervisors, coordinating staffing, and driving project profitability. The role emphasizes timely communication with customers, adjusters, and vendors, and leveraging dashboards to keep projects on track.

You will supervise daily tasks, plan reconstruction opportunities, and conduct performance reviews, while maintaining organized documentation and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Restoration expertise: train and mentor Supervisors and ensure accountability.
• Estimate appointments for non-emergency jobs.
• Review job scopes and coordinate staffing.
• Monitor progress via updates, site visits and customer communication.
• Ensure timely documentation and audit emails.
• Utilize dashboards to track job status and address issues.
• Identify reconstruction opportunities during mitigation.
• Lead daily Work-In-Process meetings.
• Follow SOPs and master required applications.
