Job summary

SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties in Alexandria, VA is seeking a driven Project Manager/Estimator to guide restoration projects from initial assessment to completion, coordinating timelines and budgets in a fast-paced setting.

You will conduct on-site inspections, produce detailed estimates with Xactimate, and serve as the main point of contact for customers, insurers, and internal teams while ensuring safety and quality. Join a team that values advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restoration, construction, or related PM/estimating role.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software preferred.
• Knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
• Excellent communication and customer service with a client-first mindset.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/FSRT) are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in field-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and develop accurate project estimates.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates using Xactimate or similar software.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Monitor job site progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Document project scope, changes, and updates in job management systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and property owners to drive repeat business.
