Job summary

SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field activities, coordinate crews, and deliver high-quality service to customers. You will manage a range of construction projects from site prep to completion.

Responsibilities include overseeing schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and scope, and documenting projects with photos, contracts, and change orders. PMP is preferred and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Construction management experience required.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage construction team and assign tasks to superintendents.
• Ensure schedules and budgets are in place and monitored.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope.
• Document each project with photos, contracts, and change orders.
• Conduct end-of-day debriefs with superintendents.
