Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking an Estimator at Level 2 in our Estimating track to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, develop competitive estimates using Xactimate, and manage work through completion.

Responsibilities include reviewing budgets, invoices, and labor costs, maintaining schedules, and communicating progress to clients and management.

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• Professional demeanor and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Manage estimates from start to finish and review budgets.
• Communicate progress with clients and management.
• Review invoices and labor costs to include monthly.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed.
• Adhere to BELFOR naming conventions for estimates and proposals.
• Attend BELFOR training and safety courses as required.
