Job summary

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency.
• Understanding of MSDS data sheets and applicability to jobs.
• Must use BELFOR Estimate Format Standards for Xactimate estimates, proposals, etc.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience with Xactimate.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, excellent telephone skills.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional interaction with co-workers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local area clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Work knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Create and adhere to budgets; address overages as they appear.
• Use BELFOR naming conventions for estimates, proposals, change orders, etc.
• Maintain construction schedules and coordinate with trades to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate proficiency with decontamination and mitigation techniques.
• Participate in BELFOR University training and Xactimate certification tests.
